I am Jaafar from Gaza. I am currently in northern Gaza, and we have not yet been displaced to the south. Things are very difficult here — the cost of moving to the south is $1,000, and a single tent also costs $1,000, if we can even find a place in southern Gaza. The south is overcrowded, and renting a plot of land costs $1,000 per month, or even more depending on the area. 🙂😢

happy pride month!! i wanted to get this out on the 1st like i usually do, but i've been busy :P

it's another thing i haven't talked about on this blog much, but i'm (mixed) native american and i recently started using the two-spirit label for myself! this piece is about the way i feel my native-ness and queerness are intertwined, along with feeling like my gender is a part of something that's existed much longer than any colonizers will say.

* for example, a mirror outside of a washroom/bathroom or a dressing room. like in a hallway or public space that is not enclosed.

this is not about dysphoria, just general discomfort towards the object itself.

if you are questioning that you might be under the psychotic spectrum, vote under "I am" instead of "I am not".

I may not be totally blind, but that's the thing, a lot of blind people AREN'T Totally blind. Blindness is a spectrum. and i don't think a lot of people realize that. And I'm just as valid in my blindness as someone on the spectrum with better eyesight than me, or someone with worse.

Kelver could be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison if convicted on both charges.
