Angsty Post-Zola Bucky and Steve. Really I just needed an excuse to write lots of sex in tents. With biting.

Only this time – this time when they try to give him a discharge, he takes it. He crams what little he owns in his duffel and ships off for the states.

Tony’s Howard’s son, but Bucky wouldn’t have guessed if he hadn’t known, what with the way Steve is with Tony, treats him, acts around him. Steve has adopted himself a stray and it’s so typical, Bucky can’t do anything but watch and grin to himself as Steve lifts Tony right off his feet and into a bone-crushing hug, bags dropped at his sides and completely forgotten.

The Asset was sent in to kill Tony Stark before Project insight. Tony Stark is a klutzy mess. The Asset--Bucky--didn't stand a chance.

The Faction Choosing Ceremony is tomorrow, and Tony knows where he tested for, but he only wants to be by Steve's side. The problem is, Steve isn't selfish enough to tell him where he placed. (Divergent AU)

It’s green, dark green, with thin navy stripes. It was too big on Bucky, so on Tony it’s almost comical. Except it’s not funny at all, the way Bucky’s stomach swoops when he sees him in it.

“Sorry, Buck.” Steve tossed the shirt out of the way. “Just, I know I owe you a lot of taking care of, but did you have to get it all outta the way in one go?”

Turning into a mindless killing machine isn’t what one might call a conventional reaction to a panic attack. It’s a good thing for Bucky then that Tony has never cared much for conventions anyways.

There’s a muffled boom. The ground shudders underneath them, and the dragon screams. “Compressed gas lighter,” the guy says. “If you jack up the intensity of the flame and set it to melting its own casing, when the fire hits the canister, the gas ignites all at once. It packs about the same punch as a quarter stick of dynamite.” Steve stares at him as all around them the world descends into chaos. In the distance, sirens wail as firefighters rush to the scene. The dragon continues to screech in pain. The guy blinks at him and says, “I’m Tony, by the way.”

Tony Stark enters a cave in Afghanistan with shrapnel in his heart and a compromised rib cage. He leaves it with a suit of armor and a dragon hatchling. * Or: the one in which Tony Stark accidentally hatches a dragon that should have been extinct, makes friends with a Norse god, and somehow gets caught up in a universal spring-cleaning led by some guy with a rock collection.

Hill’s face was as unmoved as ever. “Like I said. They really didn’t want it coming off.”

“You remember that pub in London?” Steve went on, and Tony thought that someone should have made a note in the SSR records on Captain America. Something like, 'Subject is a brawler. Do not, under any circumstances, take him to a bar unless you're carrying brass knuckles and possibly an RPG.'
