Especially after the death of Lucifer, I really would have liked to see the demons start treating Jack like their de facto ruler. No matter how much he tells them to buzz off, he can't get demons to stop calling him their Lord and practically kissing the ground he walks on. He and the others find it troubling at first, but eventually it becomes convenient to have all demons automatically on their side so they just embrace it.
