It has a very sunny living room, and you can go out on the little round porch, but it has to be through the window.

And, there's a new bath. I know that NOLA prices are high, but this unit is so small, and has a hefty monthly HOA fee.

Plenty of room for a pool table. This is nice, it looks vintage art deco. I also like their colorful lighting.

The dining room and table are huge. It looks like it seats 24.

They have plenty of seating at the table or counter. I always wonder how one mops this expanse of floor- is there a ride-on mop?

A beautiful indoor pool facilitates year-round swimming. It must be fun to go for a swim when the grounds outside are covered in snow.

This must be the primary suite.

It has a nice terrace. Look at the whimsical railing.

Like the way this is designed and the ivy going over the wall.

Here they have a family TV room and a handball court behind a glass wall.

And, there's also a basketball court.

Home gym.

And, a beautifully decorated, tiered home theater.

Looks like they have one of the giant chess boards, too. I also like the tower. I wish they would've had more photos. 1.5acre lot.
