As someone who’s not actually into vore, I’m going to rate FFXIV’s dragons based on their vore mouth quality:

Tiamat:

She’s got this beak-like thing going on. Tiny teeth, thin muzzle, all around not good for vore. 4/10. Would have been 3/10, but I just think she’s neat.

Midgardsormr:

His mouth scares the absolute crap out of me because it continues down his neck and that’s fucked up. Also I feel like it would be too easy to fall out the sides. Plus that’s just too many teeth. It’s just too many. This isn’t a vore mouth, this is a snuff mouth. 1/10.

Midgardsormr 2.0:

Suitable only for voring ants. Maybe he could eat a moth or a small frog. I’m not even convinced he has teeth in this form. 4/10, because I think it’d tickle if he tried to chomp on your finger, so at least the failure would be cute.

Nidhogg:

Nidhogg’s mouth is horrible, frankly. Gross, in fact. Also a snuff mouth, but with the added detractor of being attached to Nidhogg himself. -3/10

Vidofnir:

Vidofnir deserves better than to be part of this post, but alas, she’s got a decent vore mouth. Should go to her yearly dentist appointment for a basic cleaning, though. A little small, probably only suited for lalafell use. Solid 6/10

Shinryu:

Ugly teeth, too big to be satisfying, no visible tongue. I hate the retract/extend thing his teeth do. Please see a dentist. 3/10. He gets a bonus point because I like his hair, even if his mouth is an absolute disaster.

Bismarck:

Not actually a dragon, but he gets an honorable mention for the extremely horny vore mouth from the failure sequence, where he literally eats you and you die:

9/10. He loses a point for not being a dragon.

Hraesvelgr:

Roomy person sized space, fully rendered tongue and soft palate, clean and horny teeth. There’s a moment in one of his scenes where you can just let him stand there and pant threateningly at you, showing off the entire inside of his mouth, for as long as you want ;) Perfect for pausing and admiring everything he has to offer.
