i’m sorry this is quite pedantic but also kinda not…anyway it’s been over a year of this can we please stop saying sam is suing the thunderbolts when he literally isn’t? idc what the law looks like where you live, filing for trademark/copyright =/= suing, particularly in the specific context of the us. sam is being far more removed and cordial (as is applicable to his character, despite the way the rest of that scene—and movie—is written with respect to everyone else) than anyone is implying by saying it’s a lawsuit.
