jobs in my field are like "director of all the opera buildings in flanders" or "unpaid labour full time position" and i know everyone complains about this & its way too early for me to get this demotivated but. guys. im worried
#got rejected from a job i really wanted to at least get an interview for#girls .... i got rejected bc 130 ppl applied. i applied for a job that was a 3 month temp thing while someone went on pregnancy leave#200 ppl applied for that one#how in the world does one get hired when every single job has 100+ other people applying to it#also bc like. man im not qualified for anything else like i dont exactly have transferable skills#whatever i know its also just a question of getting lucky and i have to keep applying until smth clicks#and it wont click/i wont get lucky unless i apply#but howwwww do ppl do this
