i’m in sydney for a few days (seeing mitski tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!) and i’m off work until tuesday but i just checked my work email and someone who has been entirely missing and who i’ve been trying to contact FOR SIX MONTHS has suddenly responded to me….. insane that i actually wish i was at work now 😭😭😭

just had the biggest ego stroking teams meeting because my cat perfectly positioned herself in view behind me by sitting on top of my bookshelf and everyone was complimenting my cat and my bookshelf and pointing out titles they recognised and saying “such a great book” Yeah i’m literally the most well read person ever and my cat is so pretty and cute it’s true…

just got accused of being italian by a guy working at the pharmacy because of my last name. Very crazy to me because i feel like my name and also appearance are very arab.. very amusing
