Just home from a party with lots and lots of good food and drinks… and my heart is working very hard to keep up with everything I put it and everything inside of me through today… can you tell? I can feel it pumping into my hands as I hold my stethoscope against it.

I love doing breathholds and watching how my heart reacts. This is one of three that I did in a longer video. Such a turn-on hearing it speed up when I hyperventilate and slow down to conserve oxygen while I hold my breath. 🥵
