Redoing all the damn flower beds surrounding our house... Based on all the bruises on my legs I'm beginning to wonder if the weeds and rocks are winning. And we just started.... Ugh. Ps - those are fucking dandelions with tree trunk roots.

In celebration of over 130lbs lost, my 1 yr surgiversary (last week), and dropping below 200lbs for the first time since about 6th grade here are some astonishing comparisons... At least for me.

Holy. Shit. Holy. Shit. Holy. Shit. Holy. Shit.

I miss my kids, my husband, my bed, my dogs... My life. I just want to go home.

Liquid diet started again today! This is heaven. Seriously heaven.

Hospital update: Dr is pretty sure the ulcer that ate through my pouch was from my general physician prescribing me Nobroxin (sp) an anti inflammatory Motrin type medicine for a pulled muscle in my back. It took just 2 weeks for it to cause it. I am frustrated but relieved to know what caused it and how to avoid it. And since I haven't had any fluids since Sunday evening and won't until tomorrow I basically was able to reset my pouch and sugar detox. I came out of a 4.5 HR emergency surgery with a nice fat lip but no more holes in my tummy. I am externally thankful the hole was found in my stomach and not in my colon or small intestine - which the surgery and recovery would have been so much worse. I am so ready to go home. I miss my kids and my bed. However, when Brian does come see me I am small enough now for him to lay next to me so at least I get some cuddles. Hadley, being under 3, isn't allowed on the floor and I want to scream because I miss her so much. Hopefully just a couple more days.

Only 10 days out from my 1 yr surgiversary and I'm in the hospital to repair a hole in pouch from an ulcer that ate it's way through and released fluid and air into my abdomen. All of which were intensely painful.... It took a three hour surgery to repair it. My poor husband couldn't even get a full year without sitting in a waiting room fretting and praying. At least the caught it quickly and the pain meds I'm on now are so amazing that I no longer feel like someone is stabbing me in the stomach every time I moved or took a breath. It's also been interesting being 130lbs lighter in the hospital and how much easier it is. And despite this complication... Really the only one I've had so far.... It's all been incredibly and assuredly worth it... To finally see who I am inside matched on the outside. To not cringe when asked my weight. To just be me, fully me. PS - I maybe a bit high from the pain meds but ... Purple. 😉😂

Can we talk about how I'm not obese anymore! How I'm only 11lbs from onederland! How when I get my food addiction and eating under control I feel better and see progress! How I've lost 122lbs! And only have 20 to go!
