Oh hiiiii! It’s Thursday but we gonna pretend it’s Wednesday’s my dudes 💛
Well, I haven’t been to the gym all week but I haven’t been over eating. I’m maintaining like I always do. This is the real reason I’m not losing weight and I need to be honest with myself. Today I’m gonna go to the gym and do something, maybe even go for an outdoor walk. I need to get moving more. I keep maintaining weight on the cusp of 200 and it’s annoying me. Mentally I’m a little checked out but I practiced some self care and got some skin care products I wanted and needed. I also switched to Fenty like I’ve been wanting to, and the pigment in the makeup is so much better!
But I’m at 202 as of Saturday, and before this month is over I’ll break 200. That’s the goal. If not , it’ll be the first week of June (by the 8th). I’m gonna hit my goal way before my birthday and that is a promis to myself. Being on this journey is different for me. I have to accept my body is changing, that is positive, that my body now is normal, that I didn’t make a mistake getting the reduction, that I am free to strengthen my body. Shoot now that I think about it I might have to reintroduce myself in another post, since my follower count has gone up quite a bit :) and y’all out there, you keep me accountable too so thank you! I can never thank my multitask enough. Seeing your amazing journeys keeps me going too. 💛💛
Goals for this week: keep to my skin care regimen. Weightlift at least twice and kickbox at least once. Meditation.
