The question here: Why on earth would you hide something in your own personal diary in the first place?!

as a leader of the royal family, the Queen has something about two options after all:

and then... August. next line for the Crown. boy with an obsession with himself; uncontrolled anger; who doesn't care about the family or public reaction and posts the video. August is the one who has started the fire. for him, only personal revenge exists. so childish?

then, would he care about the royal family as he has to, in case there is any disaster or anything?

so I believe that's why she turns angry so fast in the car. what is she supposed to do? be a mother or a monarch? she has known the truth about August's action, and she understands how terrible Wilhelm's state will become. she tries to catch the last clear and controllable thing in her life - the Crown.

she sees a better future for the country with heartbroken Wilhelm than with selfish August?
