SLICE the cheeks off the bell peppers

CUT cheeks into strips (2)

HEAT oil in pan

THROW peppers into pan

FRY gently

LOWER linguini into boiling water

ADD salt and a glug of oil

COOK for 10 minutes (3)

CRUMBLE feta into decent sized chunks

ADD to peppers

SLICE 8-10 basil leaves

DRAIN pasta when cooked

TOSS together with fried peppers, chopped basil and feta (4)

FRY the blood sausage in the frying pan (3)

STACK blood sausage and poached egg on to of crumpet

SEASON lamb shoulder with salt and pepper

BROWN meat in frying pan 2 mins each side

PLACE meat in oven for 2 hours

SIT back for an hour with a beer

DICE sweet potato and chop scallions

ROAST sweet potato in oven for 30 mins

REMOVE and add 3/4 of the scallions and all cashews (2)

THROW back in oven for 15 mins

TAKE lamb out of oven and leave to rest

HALVE pomegranate and hit skin side with a spoon to release seeds (3)

CHOP bunch of coriander and mint

SLICE and dice bell pepper

BOIL kettle

POUR water over cous cous, add 2 teaspoons of curry powder

USING two forks separate and mix cous cous

REMOVE sweet potato mix from oven

ADD peppers, sweet potato, coriander, pomegranate seeds to cous cous (4)

SHRED lamb with forks

STIR mint into creme fraiche

POUR cous cous into large serving dish

HEAP lamb onto top

TOP with remaining pomegranate seed and scallions

SERVE with creme fraiche/mint on side

PULL two halves apart

SCOOP flesh from avocado (2)

CHOP chilli and halve lime

MASH avocado and chilli together with a fork

SQUEEZE half lime onto mashed avocado

ADD pinch of salt and mix together

HEAT frying pan

FRY egg in a little oil

TOAST bread

SPREAD guacamole onto toasted bread

TOP with fried egg and a few slices of chilli

LIFT and place of baking tray

CRACK egg in bowl

WHISK with a little salt

BRUSH over folded squares (4)

THROW in oven for ten minutes

EAT until you stop crying

POUR double cream into a bowl

CRACK both eggs into cream

SLATHER peanut butter onto bread

TURN bacon

REMOVE crisp bacon and lay on top of peanut butter

TOP with second slice of bread and cut in half

POUR oil and butter into hot frying pan

DIP half sandwich into cream/egg mix

FRY in hot pan

REMOVE when browned on each side

REPEAT with other half

TOP with powdered sugar

EAT it tender

UH huh

ADD asparagus for 4 mins once boiling

REMOVE without draining, leave water

ROLL asparagus in parma ham (2)

PLACE eggs into boiling water for five minutes (3)

COOK asparagus for a few minutes in a hot griddle pan (4)

REMOVE eggs from water

SLICE top off egg

DIP and drop into your open mouth

HEAT fryer to 180C

SLICE potatoes into chips

DROP chips in water for 10 minutes

DRAIN on some kitchen paper

FRY chips for 7-8 minutes

MIX flour together, add salt

POUR in half bottle of beer

WHISK and place in fridge for ten minutes

REMOVE chips from fryer

LEAVE to cool on paper towel

SEASON cod fillet with salt and pepper

THROW chips back in fryer for two minutes

DUNK cod in corona batter

REMOVE chips from fryer

CAREFULLY lower cod into the hot oil

FRY for seven minutes

REMOVE from oil

SPRINKLE salt on top and serve with the two-tone chips
