Glimmer just brings out the self-sacrificing trait in everybody
there are two interpretations’ of this:
1. Glimmer, despite her flaws, is able to reach the best parts of people and show vulnerabilities that make them want to be better.
2. Glimmer is so annoying that her friends and family look at her and feel the urge to die.
I don’t know which I like better.
2. could definitely work for catra and maybe angella but adora just goes for any opportunity to sacrifice herself for someone in general

I just realized I have seen exactly zero shipping war between Glimbow, Bowfuma and BowHawk (and Glimfuma and GlimmerHawk for that matter). Was there anything like that in s1 or have I simply discovered a rare chill part of fandom? (Personally I still maintain that Glimmer, Bow and Perfuma could have found a more creative solution at princess prom, if not for the whole ‘evil sexy Horde infiltration team’ thing)
