I am sooooo tired of seeing "actually this post is about women not trans men" slapped on to feminist posts and then when that is questioned or challenged, the response is "this is for women specifically because of the societal expectations placed on them."
I'm going to hold your hand as I say this to you. Those same expectations are placed on trans men. Trans men are also expected to be mothers and wives. Trans men also face misogyny and are harmed by it, in the same ways cisgender women are.
It reads like a lot of people think of trans men as Cis Dudes With Pussies when the vast majority of trans men are living (or have lived) many of the same experiences as cis women, and should be included in these conversations.
For example, if the conversation is about how young girls are brought up to believe the must be wives and mothers — many (most, even) trans men grew up with those same expectations! It is equally liberating for young trans men to realize they don't have to be mothers and wives as it is for cis women, with the only difference potentially being an additional gender affirming layer.

I was looking at some tweets about "what if Yukiko was the culprit/killer" & one of the replies was "If you date her the valentines cutscene is a conjugal visit."
TBH I was surprise that this isn't many post about the idea, despite being base on a kinda real fact.
I think that to most people, kids show are either simple or educational, and if they like something that isn't one of them, they will try to use a excuse as to why the show isn't meant for kids.

Learn how to block tags. Learn how to block people. Learn how to keep your weird anti-crit feelings inside instead of going into a tag just to say "WAAAHHHH YOU'RE ALL MEANIES AND STUPID!!" just because we criticize a show. Like even if everyone making it were saints we'd still be allowed to criticize shows.
Stop acting like fucking babies istg, the lot of people doing this are 20+. Just go somewhere else and leave us alone.
oh that's people gushing on my dash over screenshots of caine's VA openly admitting to basing his performance on abusing--sorry, ✨️being awful to✨️--his roommates in college ✨️as a bad coping mwechanism. 🥺✨️ alright then
screenshots:
this all sounds very wholesome and well and good, very therapyspeak, very #wholesomegrowthcore. until you remember that the character he's talking about here is a violent platonic incel who is SO wildly physically and emotionally abusive to the people in his care that it would be easier to find Why Does He Do That? quotes that DON'T read like a full-blown character study.
[ English is not my native language, I apologize if there are any mistakes. ]
It’s so funny to hear it from people who start off by saying, "We support intersex people!", only to then turn around and claim that being intersex is a "mutation," that intersex people can be neatly divided into "men" and "women," that self-discovery is "invalid," or that if your variation doesn't cause you health issues, you're "not actually intersex"—and other such nonsense.
Last month, in a queer community, I shared my trans and cis experiences, which are tied to my intersex and neurodivergent lived experience. Someone reposted my message to an exclusionist queer channel that supposedly "supports" intersex people. They wrote that no intersex person would ever call themselves "cis+trans," calling it a "disgrace" to the community. They also claimed that unless a doctor has confirmed it, I can’t call myself intersex. On top of that, they called me a 12-year-old girl who's just "attention-seeking"—even though I’m almost 19, and my age was literally listed in my profile.
I just want to say that your "support" for intersex people vanishes the exact moment our actual lived experience becomes inconvenient for you or doesn't fit into your binary worldview.
gameoverse seems fun enough. but the cynical feminist in me can't help herself. all the male characters are like, cartoon blobs, which is contrasted strongly by the two major female characters in this pilot, both of whom are hour-glass shaped humanoid women who spend most of their screentime in swimsuits. and like that's not an outright dealbreaker but i *am* staring into the camera with my eyebrows raised.
idk i'm getting really tired of this "connecticut clark and malfina" type shit where male characters get to be Silly Abstract Little Guys but women have to be women shaped. it's this male-as-default thing that i hate where you don't need to add anything to a character design to imply male-ness but the woman better have wide hips and booba or else yknow like idk it's not outright Offensive but it is tiring
how it feels seeing a woman depicted in any media
What WOULD a pride episode look like tho?I personally see voltar first finding a newspaper piece describing a pride festival in a near by town and gets excited about it, but then hears some villains who are also looking at it and saying things like how it's wrong or something, making him scared of what people would think about him, especially the other three. So he goes to the festival undercover, even without his helmet so people don't recognize him,but he then spots a enemy (maybe pantaloon)and panics as he goes around trying to avoid them.it would have been a good way to show how words can make LGBT people scared and get trapped in the closet, it would have also (finally) give us a voltar face reveal since we never got a actually one in the show
Also bonus, mad and lapin pride outfits

People on this website shit on Wikipedia like they didn't invent a Purple Eyes White Woman disease or a nonexistent Greek goddess or Goncharov or infinite chocolate or HIVliving
Unhinged to watch people who turned "male gaze" into "pluck out thine eyes lest a boobie make your peepee hard" and who can't be normal about Black music for a single minute say any which thing about Wiki editors
I really really just want every trans person to be alive and safe and living their life to the fuckin' fullest
There's been a discussion on Twitter lately about "Playing the game vs watching the game" that all stared because someone said that they watched a gameplay of Persona 4 Golden & after a hour became interested in the game & were waiting for the game to be on sale so they could buy & got called a "laper" because of that.

I really don't understand people whose response to Project Hail Mary is to become really into and weirdly parasocial about Ryan Gosling instead of science-fiction and stuff
"guys we should shut the fuck up about properties that neil gaiman gets creative credit and royalties from, because he is currently using the money from those royalties to sue his victims"
