me vs going to therapy

i need him out of my life and out of my dreams. i need to stop waking up with this pit in my stomach. i feel sick and gross all day

going thru breakup and my mental isnt as god awful as last time but i feel it in my body. i can’t eat or sleep

i had to go to the dr a few months ago for what i thought was an annoyingly long case of hives and the dr said No, i have suddenly acquired eczema which i can now add to my list of allergy symptoms

no one tells u that in ur 20s u may suddenly start getting contact dermatitis from almost everything so Watch out

i have to work with a phlebotomy team and draw blood 100 times. i understand why but i just want to be in the lab :^(

life is good. but my first clinical rotation is creeping up fast

i’m so lonely and it’s not even intentional! i’ve made so many plans this week and every single one has fallen through. i am Literally destined to be alone, no joke!

legit this week has been miserable and i feel the worst on breaks from school! after looking forward to having a break for so long and what do i do. Sit here and cry
