Have you made it to your mat today?!?
"Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Roald Dahl. If you don't believe you will never be able to achieve. Keep your heart, mind, soul open to all the possibilities that are waiting for you!!!
G-spot.
My new journal G-spot = Gratitude. In this journal I will “play” with my g-spot everyday! Hehehe. (Play =write, get your mind out of the gutter). Every morning I will take a second to express at least one thing I am grateful for. By doing so I will be starting the day off on the best possible note I could. For expressing my gratitude I will be accepting my blessings, therefore keeping the door open for the universe to continue the flow of abundance. “When we are grateful for what we have, we raise our energetic vibration. Then are higher-level energy attracts more high-level experiences to create a domino effect of love. Gratitude is an integral part of the miracle mind-set and will have a profound impact on your energy,” Gabrielle Bernstein. Gratitude is my attitude!!
F-bombs.
My new journal entitled F-bombs, is all about forgiveness. Every evening I will spend a moment to forgive myself for any judgemental, negitive, cruel, critical, hurtful thought I may have had. For forgiveness will set me free! Gabrielle Bernstein wrote, “Forgiveness is like air: we need it to survive. The miracle mind-set requires a serious commitment to forgiveness, and the process begins by first forgiving yourself.” In this journal I will take a moment to forgive myself. In this space I will learn to heal and grow because by"…holding no prisoner to guilt, we become free,“ A Course In Miricals.

My new journals! F-bombs = Forgiveness. G-spot = Gratitude.
Set your intentions on your hopes, your dreams and your designers. Keep yourself grounded and present, and ask yourself "is this for the higher good?!?" before making any decisions. Tomorrow will be a powerful day with an Equniox Supermoon Solar Eclipse! It is the end and the begining; it is a beautiful time let go and forgive the past and keep our hearts and spirits open to what amazing things our futures have instore.
Media Cleanse.
It starts today. Â My 40 day media cleanse.Â
Goodbye social media, Netflix, and television. Hello board games, puzzles, and the many many books I have been wanting to read but just couldn’t seem to find the time for.
The average American watches more than 5 hours of television a day, that’s about 150 hours a month and 1,825 hours a year! According to the New York Daily News, we spend 32 minutes watching time-shifted television, one hour using the internet on the computer, one hour and seven minutes on our smart phones, and two hours and 46 minutes listening to the radio.Â
Take a moment to look around you and you will see everyone is on their phones. In the break room at work, intermission at a play, or even during the concert, or the big game you are it. No one takes the time to just be in the moment and just enjoy what they are doing. Â Everyone is taking pictures and posting them on Instagram, or Tweeting or Facebooking what they are doing; but in fact what they are really doing is playing on their phones.
This is why I am going on this cleanse. Â I want to strip the urge to gab my phone, or turn on the television to curb my boredom or add noise to my quite house. Technology is a blessing and a curse. I just know, for me, that this life is too short to be spending it with fictional characters on the television or texting and posting things on social media. Â I want to spend my limited time with the actual people that I love and care about while I still can, and create memories with them.Â
Why 40 days you may be wondering? Well we all know that it take 21 days to break a habit and to create a new one. I have recently started  Gabrielle Bernstein’s May Cause Miracles course, where she explains why her workshop is a forty day program. She says, “Metaphysicians and yogis place much emphasis on the repetition of a forty-day practice. Mythical examples range from Moses’s forty days and forty nights spent on Mount Sinai to the story of the Buddha reaching enlightenment on the full moon in May after meditating and fasting under the bodhi tree for forty days.”  So, I figured why not!
So to all my dear friends on Facebook, and followers on Instagram and my blog (the whole lot of you… Hi Mom!) I will be M.I.A. for the next 40 days. I hope this post encourages you all to realize how dependent we have become on our technology. I am not saying you need to give it up, but just by being aware of it can help you make the conscience decision to whether or not you want to put the phone down, turn the television off, and get up off the couch and chase those dreams!!!Â
Crazy Sexy Miracles Livestream.
Crazy Sexy Miracles
Tonight was the Crazy Sexy Miracle event. I would of loved to have traveled to New York City and witness the miracle in person, but unfortunetly I could not. However, Kris and Gabby are so fabulous I was able to watch the Crazy Sexy Miracles event from the comfort of my own home. I took lots of notes, I laughed, I cried, and I laughed again. It was fantastic to watch them and to learn new tools to better myself. These woman are fabulous and amazing role models. I recently started Gabby's 40 day guide to subtle shifts for radical change and unlimited happiness: May Cause Miracles book. I am on day 4 and I'm excited to witness the change and to grow and to release. Gabby had some very important advice for everyone on the spiritual journey. She said we all need to pray for the highest good. Tell yourself, I will not try to control or push for the outcome I wish for, I will release and surrender to the universe and pray for the highest good. What powerful advice. Then it was Crazy Sexy Kris's turn. She told us all about her grandmother and how she despised the word ordinary. She believed she would live an extrodinary life, and boy oh boy, did she! The advise she gave us was extrodinary: 1. Accept everything about you; all of you! 2. Know and honor your seasons. 3. Polish your energy. 4. Change your mind about your life, about your possibilities, about your potential. 5. If you find yourself doing ordinary thinking, ordinary dreaming, not dreaming at all; in that box, move to the extraordinary!!! Again, what powerful advice. The livestream ended with a Q&A session. One of the young girls in the balcony asked the best question. The question that I too would have asked. She asked what do you do when you are trying to have your actions reflect your intensions for but there seems to be a block?!? Gabby was so thankful for the question because it embodied exactly why her and Kris do what they do. She said keep doing what you are doing. You are exactly where you need to be. Enjoy the ride. Crazy Sexy Miracles was a fabulous event. Thank you Kris and Gabby!!

10 Simple Things That Will Make You Happier (backed by science).
Everyone wants to be happier, especially in today's world. Â Here are a few things that science has prove to help increase your happiness and love for your life. Number 10 is my favorite, mainly because it is the bases of this blog :) Â
1. Â Exercise More - 7 minutes a day is all you need.
2. Â Sleep More - you will be less sensitive to negative emotions.
3. Â Move closer to work - less time behind the wheel is worth more then a bigger house.Â
4. Â Spend time with friends and family - don't regret it on your deathbed.Â
5. Â Go Outside - happiness is maximized at 13.9*c or 57*f.Â
6. Â Help Others - 100 hours a year, or at least two hours a week is the magic number.Â
7. Â Practice Smiling - it really is the best medicine. It can alleviate pain.Â
8. Â Plan a trip - just by planning a holiday or an escape increases your endorphin level by 27%.
9. Â Meditate - alter your perspective and rewire your brain for happiness.
10. Â Practice Gratitude - increase both happiness and life satisfaction.

I think it was about seven years ago, I was lucky enough to fly down to Florida and spend a week with my grandparents. It was an amazing week.Â
I got to swim in their pool, go to chicken dinner at the club, followed by karaoke,
we went to the senior center where they had a car show and I lowered the demographic significantly,Â
we went to a nature reserve, we walked down the beachÂ
and Gram with her amazing eye for shark teeth found a bunch of them,
we got to enjoy the beautiful weather and the sunshine,
we witnessed a fisherman catch a shark,
we picked oranges from a friends house and made fresh squeezed orange juice,
Grandpa had a pineapple ready to pick in his yard waiting for me but raccoon got to it first, we had lunch on the pier
we went shopping,
sight seeing,
and I even got to go to Gram's quilting club. Â
It was a trip I will remember for the rest of my life.
I have been thinking about that trip a lot lately.Â
This past summer my grandparents came up to visit as they always do. My little cousin Bristol got married, and we were celebrating Gram's recent diagnoses and victory over breast cancer. We never thought that this trip was going to be their last. Â Two weeks ago, we found out that Gram had cancer in her pancreatitis and it had spread to her liver. The doctor gave her 9-15 months. Â But Gram is a fighter and didn't want to take it laying down. Â She went into chemo ready to fight, but her body didn't respond at all to it and the doctor gave her only one to two weeks.Â
The troops all booked flights and jumped into their cars to go down to say their goodbyes and help my Grandpa with the lost of his second wife to cancer. Â
We lost Gram yesterday morning, she was 79 years old.
I started this blog to appreciate everything that happens in my life. The good and the bad. To learn to be glad. Â So, I am glad that she we went with the most important people she loved around her and she went quickly. I am glad that she was my Gram and I know she loved me very much and I her. I am glad that she has brought the family closer and I am glad that my Grandpa Sonny is coming home.Â

This beautiful girl is my heart and soul. I'm so glad to have her in my life! One of my all time favorites!! What are some of your favorite things?!? What are you glad for?!?
Be thankful and show it!!!!
I had a set back today. I started this blog (gladgames365.tumblr.com) and instagram account to stay focused, to stay positive, to learn to appreciate what I have, to be thankful and count my blessings. That is the point of the glad games, to see the light in the darkness. Yet today I shut my eyes and slipped down into the pit of self-pity and doubt. After a couple hours of wasted time, I opened my eyes and picked myself up by the boot straps and got back to business. I am more embarrassed then anything. I knew better yet I let my ego get the best of me and was ready to give up. It isn’t easy, but don’t ever give up. It’s okay to step back and recoup. Feel the frustration, acknowledge it, let it go, and keep moving forward. If everything hasn’t worked out yet, you haven’t made it to the end. Thank you @mastinkipp for the encouragement!!!
And a special thanks to my boyfriend for loving me no matter what, even when I'm at my worst!

Feel It Anyways.
Angry. Frusterated. Pissed off. Mad. Stressed. Upset. Sad. Embarrassed. Happy. Excited. Nervous. Joyful. Envious. Jealous. Anxious... the list can go on and on. These are all feeling that we as humans experience daily. One lesson that I have learned is to never let anyone say that the way you feel is wrong and that you shouldn't feel that way. There is a reason for whatever it is you are feeling, be it a positive or a negitive emotion. Don't let anyone rob you of your happiness or punish you for your frustration because they feel they need to justify a human expression to their standards. They too have feeling and emotions that are not the same as yours at a give time. The key is to feel it! Yes, don't push it to the side or focus all your attention on it. Feel the pain, the hurt, the excitement, the joy, then let it go. Feel it, acknowledge it, then let it go! So the next time you feel something stir inside you; boiling frustration or little dancing butterflies, feel it, acknowledge its presences, and let it go. Don't give the other people around you anytime to judge or reason your feelings. They are your emotions after all, respect them and everyone else will too!
Believe in yourself!! Anything that you have ever want and eveything you have been looking for is right here inside of you!!
