Yes an air fryer is worth it, I have one that’s also a toaster oven and another that’s a grill. I mentioned roasting veggies and these make it so easy.

I see your albacore canned tuna with mayo. I raise you canned Yellowfin Tuna, with just a touch of dijon. (I love both tho ofc but the yellowfin you can use as a nice protein as a side itself, on top of salads , or to elevate your sandwich - I’d recommend a sourdough ✌️) also just as shelf stable as any other tuna
