You've allowed yourself to become a completely useless, degenerate piggy. You're overstuffed, overfed, and utterly lacking in self-control. Bite after bite, you've eaten yourself into oblivion. Your greed and gluttony have caught up with you, and now your health is paying the price. The truth is, your waistline is behind more of your problems than you're willing to admit.

But shame is only the beginning. After that comes discipline. First, a proper diet. You've spent long enough destroying yourself with sugar. At this point, I'd be surprised if you weren't diabetic. Then comes the treadmill. I want to see you pushing yourself every day, forcing those stubby little legs to carry you farther than they have in years.

I've got a long process ahead of me. Your appetite isn't the only thing that's grown. Your sense of entitlement has too. In many ways, that's the ugliest consequence of your gluttony.
