anyway back to camera stuff the big fancy camera was a Fujifilm Finepix S1500 and it's funny looking back now but I felt soooo big time about it. so professional. and considering it was a 10 megapixel digital camera and I was a teenager I did take some pretty good photos. the editing was heavy though I should've trusted myself more

okay so good news bad news I found a bigger memory card I did not find my camera I did find another camera that is the camera I thought the camera I found earlier was but I'm like. 90% sure I had another one that was red like the one I used daily in my teenhood was but good news again the one I found first is actually the same kind of camera as the red one I just really. really wanted the red one back. so I'm sure I bought one a few years ago that was red. again. I'm sure I did. but that is the one I cannot find. and I do think it has a bigger memory card in it if so. but the one I found is more than good enough. confusing news all the AA batteries in the house are dying

Look, I know it's funny to say the PC-98 eroge had a stellar soundtrack for 'just an eroge'. But that is extremely dismissive of what YU-NO is and how it shaped the landscape of future releases in the era. Like we're talking about a game with time travel that lets you set down checkpoints in time, so you can collect items across multiple timelines and solve a series of mysteries. It's a story so long and complicated, it had been in Kanno's mind and developing for over a decade. It's a story that doesn't even properly work as a show or movie, it has to be a game. This title was extremely influential to how the sci-fi genre evolved in the adventure game medium of this era in japan. Titles like Steins;Gate wouldn't exist in nearly the same fashion, KEY works would be entirely different, other adventure game producing companies started trying to push themselves to match YU-NO's high production values. I'm sorry but you can be funny without being dismissive of something that had a huge cultural impact on a medium of storytelling.

local pride is next saturday..... I've never been to a pride event and I wanna go but if I go I either have to ask a friend to drive 40 minutes to come get me & drop me off (because any local friend who would want to go is already in the city it's in which is 20 minutes away) or pay like. $60 the get an uber there and back. because the bus doesn't run on weekends anymore.
