âAh crap, my phone died. Now, how am I supposed to send people stupid puns?â Granted, that was probably a relief for the recipients of her messages. Still, she was frustrated. In a large city such as this one with no means of communication, how will the teenager survive? You donât expect her to actually⊠talk to people⊠face to face do you? She lets out a hearty laugh before she returns to her usual, unamused frown, sighing. Not helpful.
Blue hues scan the area to find a female with twin tails as long as her entire body. Well, here goes nothing. Making her way towards @ghostruledâ, she softly taps her on the shoulder as she chews her lip nervously.
âExcuse me? You wouldnât happen to have a charger for this silly thing, would you?â Sheepishly, she raises the phone and points at it.
The feeling of somebody tapping her upon the shoulder causes her to look behind herself, synthetic eyes scanning curiously over the black haired girl. She seemed nervous, but quite frankly she couldnât blame her. She was, too, but for slightly different reasons.
Still, the android gives a small, sympathetic smile. âI could probably find a charger somewhere,â she says, her smile becoming a tad more sheepish. âBut finding some place to use it...â
She glances to the side at some nearby ruined buildings, as if the city having no working electricity to speak of wasnât obvious enough.Â
âIs your phone completely dead? I might know where you could charge it for a little bit, but the people that set it up are trying to save their fuel I think.â
