Body Horror: Things that cannot happen in real life. EX: The Thing, stomach mouths, eyes on hands, etc

Gore: Fresh injuries, often severe. EX: Severed leg, gutspill, deep gashes, etc

NEITHER: Healed injuries and burns, congenital differences, missing appendages, etc. If I could theoretically go to the store and see that character browsing the isles- It isn't body horror or gore. That's just a person. *AND the amount of people that tag, not just fictional characters, but real human beings as body horror is staggering. Its not solely a fandom issue, ableism and bigotry against anyone that looks sufficiently "different" is prevalent in real life and has devastating consequences.

All the humans weights are rounded to the nearest 5 pounds, so 103-107 would be listed as 105.

But the alien weights aren't, they are exact down to the decimal.

Except they actually are rounded, just to alien units and then converted.

So like,

Lets say the aliens use a base 6 system, with a unit of weight equal to 3.14 pounds. If an alien weighed exactly 110 pounds, then they would weigh 35 [Units]. In a base 6 system that would be written as 55, which would then be rounded to 60. Then that 60 would be converted to 36 in base 10, and then multiplied by 3.14 to convert it to pounds.

Meaning that the alien's weight would be listed as 113.04 pounds.

Repeat with a new base and unit weight for each unique alien species.

I'm just gonna slide this on in here for anyone that is interested in preserving old games. They take it very seriously too, they want an archive of every single game. Like, they have lists of every game ever released for a system, and once that system gets old enough, they add it to their archive and start collecting. Their latest addition was the Xbox 360, they opened that vault up in September 2022, and proudly announced they'd finished their collection of games for it back in April.

Also, while their game archives are almost entirely complete, they've got another project of archiving the manuals that came with those games, and that is... considerably less well filled out. Their collection of Xbox 360 manuals is especially rough, they've only gotten manuals for three games. So if you've got some Xbox 360 games kicking around, and the manual's still with them, please consider scanning them and submitting them to the site!

And they didn't just clip them on top of the background hoping no one would notice (which honestly would have been still impressive and funny), no, you can literally see Makoto and Ami being on top of the table and booth seats if you pause it.
