I understand this feeling all too well. So I’ve been adding songs I relate to into one playlist. I go back and listen to it I’ll be able to remember what about the songs makes me feel seen, or that I find relatable.

If this isn’t really your forte, I try to think about how my friends see me and if that’s who I like to me in their eyes.

Sometimes getting back into an old interest can be helpful as well.

Maybe none of this helps but, try to stay healthy. Never forget there’s people who care for you and there’s plenty of time to figure things out. You don’t have to know who you are to be okay with who you are.
