Personally, i believe the biggest hindrance to female class consciousness and feminism is that women are experts at lying to themselves. They lie to themselves about what upsets them, they make up excuses for everything, the good, the bad and the ugly. specially when it comes to a man, the excuses are straight up ridiculous and silly and no one in their right mind will believe it, but yet they do, because they’re so desperate to escape the harsh reality. Most women would rather live in delusions about the world and people around them than in truth. This is the main reason, femininity practices and traits are forced on women since birth. They condition women early on, to disconnect from their own bodies and feelings of discomfort, pain or physical exhaustion and focus on the social capital they stand to gain by performing these femininity practices and conducting themselves in a certain way. Most women soon become accustomed to always keep their eye on the social prize, and start creating fantastical tales about the intentions of other people to explain why they choose to put up with it.

I was helping a woman out to her car with some large item purchases. She had two daughters, probably around 8 or 10 and they kept looking at me and whispering to each other. Suddenly one asks me, "are you a girl?" "Yes I am." They got excited and started whispering again. I love being that gender non-conforming woman little girls see in public, that blows their minds and maybe, hopefully, let's them know they can be different too.
