Life is definitely not a fairy tale, it is much more real and ruthless. Depending on how you look at it. I have always been open to listen, learn and find ways to grow. There’s no way anyone will have a sad life if they face reality like that. Of course not everybody in the world is as lucky as I have been and sometimes I feel there’s people way luckier than me. Of course all lives matter, idiot. But black lives right now need much more attention than others. Could we solve this once and for all? Probably not in a snap of a finger but attention to the problem will help a lot. Denying what is in front of you won’t help. Personaly it is difficult for me to activate something that have already always been there, since I was born in Brazil and have always been in mixed environments, I have never seen skin / ethinicity differences as walls or categorizing parameters for decisions on friendship or judgement. I’m not perfect, of course. And this is not a simple subject as well. I don’t agree with a few of the solutions some people are proposing. I believe in first principles. Gabe Brazilian Açaí Recipe. I had this as part of my breakfast (most of it to be honest) and it is simply delicious and easy to prepare. You will need: 100g of frozen açaí pulp 140g frozen blueberries 120g frozen strawberries 1 Banana (not frozen) 260ml Soy Milk (or milk of choice) Granola is optional, I like it for more energy, fibers and crunchiness. Add it all to a powerful blender - I use the ninja smoothie cup - and mix it. You will need to stop the blender open the blender container to manually mix the ingredients since they are frozen and may get stuck a bit ot not move much. Just a few stops and manual remixes, back to blender mixes and voilà, you got the best açaí recipe from a person who ate literally hundreds if not thousands of açaí bowls. It has been working for me: On short runs I’ll push more and try sustaining a faster speed. On super short runs like 1 milers, I try my best time. It seems to be working to increase speed amd strength.
