A hopefully informative look at how the skirt portion of my Queenie dress goes together, to create a flowing hemline without having a really big skirt I let the edge of the skirt piece follow the curve of the gore/waist detail panel, you can see the blue marks on the pattern and fabric to show kind of how they meet. Beading started on the hem of Queenie's dress, there will be two rows like this first one with a row of longer beads in the center.
