I made my discord icon as Gaster as a bit while watching a video about Gaster's irl feats (bc I didn't have any experiences like that before) and I may have alerted him to my exact location....

uh so I saw the Moana movie (bc of a family and friends gathering, i didn’t pay for my ticket thankfully) and like- it was quite literally the exact same movie i have seen before but it lacked so much intention to its shots and compositions. Like I think it’s a problem of the live actions as a whole. Nothing in the film felt organic and brimmed with this soul and intention, it was a filled with jokes that didn’t land bc they didn’t go with the same beats as to “be original” which made them sound clunky, there was one shot of the water which looked the same (this is not a criticism of the vfx artists btw, those people are worked over time i genuinely think what Disney does to exploit them is awful), the cuts were rushed as if it was meant to keep the attention of kids brain rotted by the internet, there was one scene that was added that didn’t add any sort of substance to the plot as it quite literally showed us what we already figured what was happening via context clues, and the acting direction made most of the actors sound stilled (I know this wasn’t the fault of the actors as the grandma’s death scene is probably the best scene in the film), and it is quite literally so mind numbingly mediocre I both have both too much to say and nothing to say at all.) also to the actress who played Moana -I hope she gets more roles after this and it doesn’t kill her budding career. You did the best you could, good luck
