My Depiction of Freyja/Freya

resplendent goddess associated with war, magic, beauty, and love. She’s a powerful spækona and taught Odin the art of seiðr, which is normally a magic reserved for women. She owns a feathered cloak that transforms its wearer into a falcon, as well as a carriage drawn by cats. (~skaldskeep)

My Depiction of Frey/Freyr

Associated with peace, fertility, masculinity, sacral kingship, sunshine, fair weather, and bountiful harvests. He is the brother of Freyja and possesses a magical golden boar, Gullinbursti, and a magic folding ship. (~skaldskeep)

Allmother, a powerful goddess associated with weaving, destiny, womanhood, wisdom, and the magical art seiðr. She’s Odin’s wife and just as formidable as her husband. She has goddesses who apprentice beneath her, known as ‘Frigg’s Handmaidens’. (~skaldskeep)

My Depiction of Tyr/Týr

Lost his hand to the jaws of Fenrir. He may have once played a more prominent role in the Norse pantheon as the chief of the Aesir before Odin. As such, he is associated with justice and law. (~skaldskeep)

Known for his exceptionally cunning mind and his penchant for mischief. His actions, be they harmful or beneficial, often serve as catalysts for change and movement for the rest of the gods. Loki’s portrayals have ranged widely from negative to positive. (~skaldskeep)

Protector of humanity, a mighty god associated with storms, thunder, lightning, and strength. He wields the short-handled Mjölnir, a hammer that burns hot with lightning and always returns to the hand when thrown. All someone has to do is say Thor’s name and he will appear to protect them. Allfather, chief of the Aesir gods and husband of Frigg. Depicted as an old man with one eye, he’s associated with knowledge, wisdom, magic, madness (oðr), war, death, trickery, secrets, and poetry. Odin is said to wander the world sometimes, seeking wisdom and giving advice. (~skaldskeep)
