THE ONE WHO WATCHES (poppy ♡)

- his favorite biome is dark oak forests. wandering around aimlessly under the thick canopy makes him feel cozy, especially at night. he'd prefer you build your base there over any place else.

- he has some off days where he genuinely gets tired of freaking you out. sometimes he just wants to watch you build something cool, and will maybe even leave some torches or he'll clear leave to help you. then the next day he'll go straight back to his usual attack of psychological warfare on you because he feels embarrassed about being nice.

- he despises speedrunners. they finish worlds too fast. he gets attached and then they just leave, in a sense abandoning him. so, he makes their runs miserable on purpose.

- he's terrible at remembering names or even learning them, so he refers to you as a special nickname like “torch hoarder”, “ugly dirt house builder”, and “loud miner”.

- he can't swim and it's sensitive topic for him, okay? if you jump into the water to escape him, he'll stand on the shore, glaring furiously with a defeated, hunched posture. don't do that again.

- if you're a new player, you get gentle treatment at first. he'll watch you learn how to function, a silent guardian up until you get cocky. he'll start attacking and fucking with your mind then.

- he'll scratch on the wood planks of your house, leaving little cryptic notes that vary from creepy to affectionate. if you replace the plank or try and remove his message, he'll become mad and attack until you respawn.

- he doesn't actually want to kill you, at least not permanently. an occasional respawn is normal for him, but if you're in hardcore, he doesn't bother with attacking. he never wants you to fully leave him, so he'd focus on spooking you instead.

- bonus: he once tried to build his own little house near yours but it was just a dirt cube with a single torch inside. he got embarrassed and destroyed it before you could find it. he's a self conscious guy.
