Can you imagine someone angry at you for typing - and the sound it makes. Imagine, they forget what they said, when they are angry - and cry later like a child ... this is a form of trauma. To make others walk on eggshells. To want to be in control of them. To feed off their reactivity - is to pull their strings... don't let people do this to you. Ignore them. Their trials are all on them. If they stir an emotion in you, heal it. My ex tried to get to me recently. I blocked him. It was easy. To free myself from something in my environment is different. Changes can be made. One thing I have at home is unique. Perhaps you too live with family who you struggle with, whom you love. When living with someone you love such as a partner, who also struggles to love, that makes for a unique situation. Such as a child, or a parent. These are one of a kind.
