anywho. I have got a theory and I’m going insane. So- we know the Tachonis were trying to find or get to this Hall of Mercy. Which is a place where intelligent creatures and monsters could petition to get into an afterlife of the shapers. I think they want to take control of that place because then they would be able to pass judgement on souls in the afterlife. If the path is destroyed there is no where else to go except through whatever the tach is have in store and maybe whatever shenanigans Thjazi is up to or if you’re a warlock and sign your soul away to something else.
also I think that when Demodus mentions the conversation he overheard with the “You’ll get the scar for this.” This is repeated a bit after we learn Thjazi has a scar on his body similar to Occtis. It is from my understanding that Tertia likely would have had the same scar / does have the same scar??? So- could “the scar” they referred to be the process that both Tertia and Occtis underwent perhaps…? Idk man I’m losing my mind I was sweating this episode dude.
