Pizza Dough Recipe
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1tsp salt
2tbsp sugar
3/4c warm water
1/4c olive oil
2c flour
2tbsp minced garlic, or to taste
2tsp oregano
Proof yeast
Mix water, olive oil, salt, sugar, oregano and garlic in a bowl
Add yeast
Add flour and mix
Knead on a floured surface at least 5 minutes (you may end up adding up to 3/4c flour here; this is fine)
Oil a mixing bowl, place kneaded dough inside
Cover with saran wrap/other seal of choice
Let rise for 1-2 hours
Stretch out by hand (no rolling pin) and add toppings or just make into rolls
Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes
