For wheat flour I've been exploring different types. I visited Germany and enjoyed eating baked goods without tummy problems so I've been buying from an online grocery. I like combining 405 and 603. It makes a really nice pizza crust!

The annoying thing about knowing how to cook certain dishes is that you develop strong opinions about it. On one hand I want to see other people make and try these foods for the first time because I'm curious. Hardtack -> Crackers -> Biscuits -> Naan -> Bread -> Pancake -> Crêpe -> Roux -> Beer.
"Crumb" is about texture and consistency, so technically beer is just an extremely runny Hardtack.
