This is a heavy topic for some people, and so I'm adding a cut before I talk about this. This is making me really mad, though, and I want to talk about this.
My dad is fucking sexist and I'm terrified.
I talk about my dad a decent amount here, like how if it he ever figured out I had a Tumblr and that this was the kind of stuff I post, some bad shit would happen to me. But this? This is bad and this scares me.
So, earlier today (7/18), I was just eating my breakfast, sitting on the couch as my dad watched something on the tv. He was watching Louder with Crowder, and the topic they were talking about was women. Specifically women in work spaces and women not being "traditional". They were talking about creating propaganda to force women to be "traditional" again. It was stupid, but my dad watches crap like that all the time and he wholeheartedly agrees with them during every one of their videos.
I'm genderflux, but my dad thinks I'm a cisgender female. He already makes me and my sister do most/all the chores, and when we don't do it, it's our mom (and rarely our little brother). If my dad starts acting on those ideas, I'm screwed.

I just remembered the time I got accused of having rabies in 8th grade in the MIDDLE OF CLASS because I was wearing a fake tail.
Same kid who said "What are you, autistic" to my friend because he hadn't heard what the teacher had said.

So, when I was in 8th grade, I was a pink and brown tail EVERY day(still do, except I make my own now and my current one is the trans flag), and on the first day of school, in my history class, we were playing a game. So, we were all split up into groups and the teacher(we'll call her Mrs. V) told everyone the rules. However, it was way too loud in there, and nobody could hear her, so when the game started, nobody knew what to do, and my friend(we'll call him T) asked if anyone knew what to do, causing the aforementioned Carter to say "What are you, autistic?" in a snarky, asshole way. This, of course, made me absolutely despise this kid all semester(because not only was he acting like Autism is a bad thing, but he was also being a dick to my friend), and he hated me in turn, always making snide remarks about my tail and just being a general asshole.
And then one fateful day, Mrs. V was out sick! It was near the end of the semester, and we'd just gotten a new student. So, said new student(who's name I never learned cause I only ever saw him once and didn't ask) walked up to me and asked "Hey, is it true you have rabies?"
Yes. He actually did.
As it turns out, Carter and his friends(who were unfortunately MOST OF THE FUCKING CLASS SOMEHOW) were talking about me and my friends. He accused me of having rabies and said I threatened to BITE him, and said my friend(we'll call her M) threatened to PUNCH him. Thankfully, I was sitting next to a different friend(we'll call her A) to work on a project and she heard everything so I atleast had a witness but STILL

That sounds fucking horrible. That is, though, a really good way to make a new friend and make other people you don't like back off.
If you tell the kid no, then proceeded to tell him that Carter was a kid who didn't respect people, then that kid could be your friend if you wanted them to.
If you tell them yes, then you could get the other kids to back off.
But I swear, people with tails get bullied TOO DAMN MUCH. I'm unable to wear a tail (I don't have one and my parents would never buy me one), but I have friends who do, and people just can't keep their damn mouths shut.
For example, there was this kid in another class who I used to date named An, and he wore tails. One day, my twin's (non biological, just born the same day) boyfriend called him a stupid furry cause he wore a tail. Before I could turn around and tell him to shut the hell up (I was pissed), An looked over at the teacher and asked why she wasn't doing anything. She replied with "Well, you're wearing a tail, what do you expect?"
I've never wanted to punch a teacher more in my life.

I'm Theo, from the USA! Despite being from the states, my genetic make-up from my mom's side is mostly European (German, British, Irish, and I think either Scottish or Welsh, I can't remember). Another cool fact about me is that I can find a word or phrase for any song lyrics you can't sing bc of limitations and things.
I know this might get people angry (that's what I tend to do), so please keep an open mind. Something I tend to do is think too deep into stuff that I miss details, or I simply don't understand why someone says something. I am known irl for being able to defend literally anyone using the most evidence I can, and since I really like Apo, I will gladly defend her.
In this, I will likely seem mad at times. I'm a little bit angry. I get worked up when I think something is unfair, or I think someone is being hypocritical.

How the hell is Apo in the wrong for turning Sausage??? How the hell is she a monster???
I'm bringing this up because I just finished rewatching vampires, but from Abolish's pov, and Cleo said Apo was a monster because she "didn't care about anyone and all she cared about was herself."
However, how is Cleo any better? How is Apo worse for turning Sausage? Isn't Abolish the same way?

First off, Apo was forced to be turned. It was either her or someone in the militia, or she just died. When she chooses to get turned, that already proves she cares about her town mates and would rather it be herself than someone else. That proves she isn't a monster. Then, the vampires turn someone else THAT SAME SESSION! So it didn't matter what Apo did, someone was gonna get turned after whatever she picked!
Sausage was BEGGING to be turned. He was constantly wanting to be turned, and he kept talking about it and joking about it. He seemed really happy being with the militia, and he was actively trying to help them. Apo FINALLY granted his wish, and when he TURNS ON THEM, it's HER fault?? SHE'S the monster for turning HIM even though HE wanted to be turned?? At that point, let him die for his mistakes! He wanted it, he deals with it. Never ask for more than you can handle. Even then, Apo never knew Sausage was going to betray them. He seemed rather loyal to the militia. Just wanting to be turned does not mean he will betray you as soon as he is turned.
Sure, Apo just wanted to get home to her love. Didn't Abolish just want to find something and get out? Wasn't he not wanting to fight the vampires like he should have been doing in the first place, merely because he couldn't be bothered? Did Apo show more loyalty by trying to blend in and try to get information for the town using her vampiric abilities, rather than Abolish who was still nice to the vampires while they were trying to kill them? Yes, Apo was in the wrong for going along with the vampires at certain times she could've helped the humans. Even then, after the vampires started turning people, shouldn't Abolish drop the niceties like the other townsfolk? Maybe not run after them and pursue them, but still show that you aren't on their side. Yes, I still do like Abolish's relationship with Owen, and I'm glad Owen decided to go to Abolish to let himself be killed because Abolish didn't shun him away. Even then, what were the niceties doing for Legs? It got him turned. The vampires dropped the niceties long before Abolish did. At that point, Abolish wasn't picking a side.
Finally, how is Cleo any fricking better? Like, honestly tell me? They said that Sausage didn't deserve the turning, that he had done nothing wrong.
SO WHY THE HELL DID YOU WANT TO TURN PEARL THEN?????? SHE DID NOTHING WRONG EITHER!!! Turning Sausage gave him more power, allowed him to protect himself, no? That's why Cleo wanted to turn Pearl, I believe! Cleo wanted Pearl turned because they wanted to protect her, even though Pearl initially didn't want to be turned. But when Sausage, who wanted to be turned, gets turned by Apo, Apo is in the wrong? No consent is better than consent? (I'm just throwing that term in there cause technically that's what consent is, but please do not take that phrase out of context).
Genuinely, who's turning was better, Apo's or Pyro's? I will a hundred percent say Apo's, because she was thinking of the people she cared about and did it willingly. Pyro, after he got turned forcefully, tried looking for a cure, only to be caught by Scott. Pyro's turning eventually led to his death. Apo's, which she did to protect people, did not. Legundo's is the same way. He didn't want to be turned, and that eventually led to him dying.
So, turning someone who wants to be turned is better than someone who does not. So, Sausage being turned was better that Cleo's wanting to turn Pearl earlier in the series.
So, all in all, I think Cleo was overreacting when she called Apo a monster.
Apo was not a monster.
Abolish was the same way as Apo, maybe just a tad worse.
Cleo is no better than Apo.

Is it just me, or do y'all have different names for like, a stranger or something?
Like, I have my dead name, my chosen name (Theo ----), my Tumblr name (Flame Fandom), and then I have two names I can use in public in case.
Luanne Thyme and Thyme Lemon.
Luanne is for if I'm using a higher pitched voice (I'm really good at voices) and am not scared of other people. It's a female name, and it's better for being around my parents rather than just my friends.
Thyme, however, is if I'm using a deeper toned voice if I suspect someone is following us. I have had to use this name and voice before, mostly because I was the tallest one there and the people we thought were following were four guys. It's more gender neutral, and it's also a good pick.
(Yes, the other two names are LemonThyne/Luanne equivalent. Don't judge me, she has a very nice name.)

When we were first figuring out we liked each other, she had called me one night and said she liked a girl, and I knew she was probably talking about me.
I just don't know how to tell her, because she still thinks I'm fully feminine (I still don't know what I am, but I might be genderflux/fluid), and I'm worried she won't love me anymore if she knows I'm not. I've already told her I'm an otherkin, and she seemed fine with it, but this is very different from that.
