honestly i think inventing increasingly ridiculous gender neutral titles is not the way to go, not least because they all sound rather stupid. we should be going the other way à la “remove gender markers from documentation” and just replace all gendered titles with M. like im actually surprised this isn’t a common sentiment? whenever i get a question on a job application or whatever asking for my title it’s like ohhhhh okay so you want to know my gender so that you know how much to discriminate against me. like we should get rid of this.
