Indulge in the perfect blend of creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and crunchy Reese's peanut butter cups with this irresistible Reese's Tart. It's a decadent treat that's sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers. 1/3 cup melted butter. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup heavy cream. 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Crushed graham crackers and melted butter should be mixed together well in a bowl. In a tart pan, press the dough into the bottom and up the sides. For 10 minutes, bake the crust and then let it cool all the way down. To make it smooth, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter in a different bowl. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream slowly to the peanut butter mixture and mix it well. Spread the peanut butter mix out evenly on top of the crust that has been cool. As you go, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second chunks in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Spread the melted chocolate out evenly on top of the peanut butter layer. On top of the chocolate layer, sprinkle chopped Reese's peanut butter cups. Put the tart in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. Cut it up and enjoy!
