20. which symptoms are you working on to recover?
A lot.
The easiest answer is my rage episodes. Iβve made a lot of progress with them, and Iβm good at isolating myself and not saying things that will have major consequences for me. Theyβre still physically distressing though, and can ruin my day, so Iβm working on reducing their severity.
I guess a more honest answer would be Iβm trying to be less judgmental of my partner. Iβm not sure how much my negative thoughts about them impact our relationship, but it is probably something I should work on more.
