Sorry it's taken me so long to come in with this! I've been busy cleaning my room before school starts up again and resting for a bit because I don't feel very well 😅 Here's the evaluation!
Okay, pretty much almost every scene makes me think she's autistic, but especially "What the World Needs," which would probably be expected considering that's her whole song about herself. 😅 But it's okay, trust. I see it as her not being able to separate her beliefs from reality/what WILL actually happen, whilst also not being able to consider others' feelings, which I've read that sometimes people with Autism can struggle interpreting others' emotions.
I feel like when Ocean is being mean, she genuinely thinks she's doing the right thing. I don't think she understands that she's actually being rude, especially the bit with Constance. Connie doesn't fit into her ideas, so Ocean feels bad because she feels as if her expectations are the only way to get far, and because she thinks that, then it is correct.
Also it popped into my head that she struggles with tact and having no verbal filter, which I heard can happen a lot in Autism, and could be the reason she was so blunt and rude to the choir. She doesn't know how to filter her thoughts so they don't come out as offensive.
Additionally the scene before Constance punches her in the boob, when she says how her death has really affected her, she doesn't seem to understand that the others are affected too. When Constance replies with, "yeah, me too." Ocean misinterprets it, and retorts with, "Naturally my death has affected you, why can't you just listen for once instead of making it all about yourself?-" links me back to my belief that she struggles to understand and consider other's emotions.
But it also makes me think of how, that somewhat self-centred mindset could be because a lot of autistic people unintentionally don't know how to separate what they feel from every situation if they don't get taught empathy properly, and Ocean's parents are neglectful, so they probably haven't taught her that properly.
Writing this is making me chuckle because I didn't realise Noel was being sarcastic, either, until I saw somebody on YouTube say that she couldn't understand sarcasm, and one of my best friends explained that he was being sarcastic 😭. But the scene after Talia, where Ocean says, "I think what Noel is saying... in an extremely confusing manner... is love conquers all," and Noel sarcastically replies back with, "Yes, Ocean, that's precisely what I'm saying, love conquers all." She smiles, and it tells me that she's struggling to understand tones/sarcasm, which I've heard can be common in Autism.

Woah, that makes me think a lot more about WTWN and other people’s thoughts about Ocean. I completely agree about Constance and Ocean— the death affecting scene, and same thing with the Noel scene. Your theory and deduction is incredible and I wholly agree!
This also makes me think of the scripted improv scene (I have studied that people with autism appreciate and thrive with routine and knowledge) and even the panic when Karnak tells her that every story does not have a lesson and her determination to prove she loves everyone in fear of being progressively cast our (I suppose).
