I kinda forgot about this ask a billion years #woops

Mooost of the time I'm not really playing a character with him so it's kinda hard to answer beyond like infection stuff 💔

I think to me he's a survivor in the do anything to survive kinda way. He's entirely not above stepping on others to feel secure nor is he above kneeling for the same reason. I think he has like a fawn -> flight -> fight response in that order if that's anything... As the infection seems to tighten the noose he'd much rather sacrifice Elle on the off chance it might make his own survival easier than take any chances with his own life... He cares about his son though. If that's more than he cares about himself is kinda up in the air bcus he was kinda missing all of infection :P
