a lot of the time theyr just from my brain! n ya when i do use references theyre usually pinterest or screenshotted from tiktok....nothing wrong w using references but coming up w poses on my own is also fun so i just do both interchangably ˙𐃷˙

usually just youtube! ges draw party is my current go to theyve got literally a billion videos... new masters academy is good too! u can find a ton of great free ones just by looking up "figure/gesture drawing" on youtube !!!
