The idea that tf! Scott and Pyro had some sort of messy queer relationship before Pyro ran away at 15 for "bigger and better" things than his boyfriend is great, but equally as fun is that Scott was deep in the closet even with Pyro all their life and there being some sort of grand breakdown where Scott cracks and comes out to Pyro now at the academy, the literal first time in his life.
