Stories: Imposter Syndrome (Echo Au)- When Yumi falls into the Digital Sea, Xana beats the Lyoko Warriors to retrieve her. Now they have to rely on a de-xanafied Yumi clone to act in her place. It all goes off without a hitch, that is until the clone begins to develop her own personality. Silver and Gold- A g1 Monster High and Code Lyoko crossover. After the devastating loss of her friends, Aelita has to rely on a group of helpful, inhuman strangers in her war against Xana.

I have been doing work on Imposter Syndrome in the background. I wanted to try out an idea I have for a mini-comic that won't be coming out for a while (like when Code Swap 2026 is over while lol). Mostly wanted to play with the effects I have in mind to see if it would actually work.

Got two questions about your Echo AU, if you don’t mind, firstly, what would happen if Yumi came back? Does Mizuki have to worry about being deleted like what happened with the William Clone in canon? And if so, does she have fears or insecurities about the idea that her existence could end at any time based on Jeremie’s whims? And secondly, given Mizuki is sentient, could she evolve to the point of a Multi-Agent System like XANA?

Going to answer both of these as they cover the same-ish topic. In regards to what is going to happen to Mizuki when Yumi returns, I can't answer due to spoilers. However, I can say that I do plan on exploring Mizuki's anxieties later on when it hits around the time of Season 2 in canon. She doesn't have any worries about Jeremie getting rid of her as she does understand that she is 'needed' and that Jeremie doesn't have the ability to make a clone on his own (as of season 1). As for the question 'if Mizuki could evolve to become a multi-agent system like Xana?' The answer is no. Not fully sure how to properly describe what she is, but I'll try my best. Mizuki is fully human. She has no ties to the supercomputer (so when it gets turn off or shut down she won't collapse like Aelita in s2), and she doesn't have any of the abilities we see specters having. Xana basically copy and pasted Yumi's dna, scrubbed it enough that it could take control of Mizuki. She's completely human then like Jeremie's clones in canon or the polymorphic specter. Tldr: Mizuki is completely human.

Hello again, Code Lyoko fans!

Virtualization Vol. II is a fan-made zine for the series Code: Lyoko. Including both authors and artists, this zine is a celebration of the series we know and love!

This project will culminate in a physical zine and merch release. There will be no profits made off this project, and any proceeds beyond what is needed for shipping and production will be donated to charity!

As of now, our interest check is open🙌

The interest check will remain open until 11:59pm PST on December 31st. That’s one month to say your piece!

The interest check will help us dictate the sort of content we’ll include in the zine, the amount of contributors we’ll look to have, as well as potential pricing and merch offerings.

Echo au but with other characters

How would you imagine their clones acting?

Well we already know Jeremie and William so I will skip them. Ulrich- Probably more emotionally expressive and a bit of a crier. I can also see him being a HUGE people pleaser and struggles speaking up for himself (like more then Mizuki does). He is in desperate need of a hug and he is not getting it the poor boy. Odd- He's probably a more strong silent type, keeping his thoughts to himself. Not really saying much unless he has something to say. Maybe taking up writing as a hobby? Not fully sure. Aelita- I think this is the hardest for me to come of with ideas. I can see her being a bit more disconnected from her humanity. Looking for the most straight foreword solution to a problem, regardless of her and the other's safety. Not 100% sure.
