I like the latter half of this video, the world surely needs heroes. But it seems like he is operating with an incorrect understanding of stoicism he got from Broicists on Instagram who bring up "Meditations" constantly but throw a temper tantrums when their FanDuel parlay doesn't work out.

Stoicism is accepting that you cannot always control what happens, but you can control how you react to what happens. It is perseverance and doing what you think is right in the face of evil despite the odds or feeling like you cant do anything. It is chosing kindness when the world wants you to be a miserable fuck.

Stoicism is not " do nothing when bad things happen". It is not resignation to evil or giving up because you cant control what bad things happen and how.
