First try (restarting my shifting journey)

It's pretty late where I live, is 2:33 a.m and I'm relaxed but I don't feel sleepy. So I'm gonna do a meditation or a method with the intention to shift to my Cowboy DR. Let's see how it goes! I'm still trying to figure out a different approach to shifting, I used to minishift, astral travel and lucid dreaming a loooot. But is not like that anymore...and all because I don't trust in my abilities and I keep doubting myself.

Last night I keep dreaming with Rhet Abbott and it was so comforting that I really want to give my all to see him, to hug him and to just be with him in front of the fireplace like the time I minishifted there.

I shifted for seconds but I want to remember everything, every little detail, so when I doubt myself I could have proofs.

I just did my entire night routine for the first time in months ( depression iykyk) and put a subliminal by CarlyShifts111. I felt how I was falling asleep slowly and peacefully. I just was aware of my breathing. I started feeling heat but I thought that it was my CR. I live in south Spain so at night is 30°C and I thought it was that. But it didn't felt uncomfortable, it was cozy. I keep concentrating in my breathing and started visualizing. And suddenly I opened my tired eyes and I realuzed I shifted. But it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be, it felt calm, natural.

I was sitting in front of the fireplace in a cozy wood armchair. Everything was so rustic and cozy, it was a home. I was really sleepy in that reality, I felt safe, which I don't feel here. I looked around and Rhett Abbot was there, asleep in my sofa. His cowboy boots where in the rug close to the coffee table. Seeing that life made me feel the same sensation as when I was a kid and it was pre-christmas night. And all was in silence and I was in my comfy pyjamas waiting for Santa.

My home, my family. I was safe.

The bad thing is that I felt so safe that I just fall asleep again and come back to my CR.

I have a One Piece Live Action DR. I'm starting the anime now but I don't really know if is going to fit with my DR. And I don't know anyone that is shifting there.

I SHIFTED!!! It was to an alternate version of this reality but I shifted nevertheless.

I did The Phase, I woke up and expent a little bit awake. Then I did some breathing exercises to relax and put on a subliminal and fall asleep. Then I woke up again and felt so tired, I could barely open my eyes. I heard my mom entering the apartment and thought to myself that it was odd and remembered that she just had a double shift and come back home. I didn't want to get up to walk my dog and my mom told me to not worry. She was going to do it. So I fall back asleep and woke up in my bedroom. That was not my reality at all. My mom doesn't work here and she doesn't live with me.

Last night was my first attempt of the summer at shifting/astral projection. I have decided to learn to do it this summer, like a little challenge. To really put effort into my attempts, journal, meditation and into my belief system. Do not let others dictate what I believe or what I do in my life.
