Inazuma Eleven Orion’s poster and Ichihoshi’s seiyuu (Oomachi Tomohiro) in Pash! April 2019 magazine
I actually bought this for Sandy’s poster and didn’t even realized my Orion best boy’s interview is in here, lol. So I may as well post this and a summary of the interview (I did a full translation for this, but in my language, I’m just lazy to do a full English one….). I’m not confident in my Japanese skill so please take it with a grain of salt.
- Machi-san said the staff hid the fact Mitsuru is Hikaru from him and he was very surprised, but he feels lucky that he didn’t know because that way he was able to play Mitsuru as Mitsuru and HIkaru as HIkaru, two different people.
- He is pressured because he is working with lots of famous seiyuu and he is a “villain” that gonna kick the popular IE characters out. Then he said he is lucky that he didn’t get the pain that IE fans feel because he doesn’t have that much emotion for other characters (since he didn’t know about IE before and this is his first main role)
- He is shocked by the “sorry, I slip my hand” by Kidou but he thinks the connection between this scene and the later “grasping hand” by Nosaka and Asuto is deep.
- He thinks it’s easier to think Ichihoshi as “2 people with the same goal” when playing him.
- Machi-san admires Endou and Asuto because they believe in Ichihoshi since very beginning and always around to help him. “Asuto and Ichihoshi has lots of chance to talk with each other, and some scenes are impressive to me.”
- He was scared of Nosaka and Haizaki since Ichihoshi is being suspected by them. But now Nosaka sounds like a dependable brother to Ichihoshi.
- He wonders what NIshikage feels when “his beloved Nosaka” is together with Ichihoshi. Yes I’m not kidding, Machi-san said that “daisukina”
- He wants a combo hissatsu of Ichihoshi, Haizaki, Nosaka and Asuto.
- For some reasons the magazine calls Hikaru “Apostle of the Sun”.
In the GO fanbook, Shindou is revealed to be the type who doesn’t really know the painters or the meaning of the art framed in his room
I wonder if Yagyuu and Jouji are also rich kids like that or actually do pay attention to that stuff

It's been almost 3 years since the show dates, but I present to you the full stage show! The story mainly revolves around Koyoi's past when he left WITH, and his relationship with Dark Nightmare/YamiPri. If you're interested in the two DarkMare boys, it's great to watch because most of their settings are explained right here. (Also for divorce drama likers too, this one's for you.)
Oh yeah, they all wear plastic sheet over their mouth because it was 2020. Wild times, but thanks to that I get to watch this show online at least.

I noticed that Victory Road's Yagyuu has the same kanji in his name as the Yagyuu clan from Japanese history... is he also supposed to be from a samurai descendant family, in addition to the baseball (yakyuu) pun?
Be careful of the double-speak in the Update Post.
Staff has officially posted an update regarding the reblog decoupling, and while they are reversing the change for now, we need to look closely at the language they are using. This is a classic example of corporate "double speak" designed to de-escalate a PR crisis while keeping the door open for the same harmful features later.
The Post: Reblog Update: We’re Reversing the Change
The Red Flag:
"We still believe there's a better version of how reblogs can work. One that gives every voice in a chain the credit it deserves. But we want to get there with you."
The Breakdown: When they say they want to give every voice the credit it deserves, they are still justifying the decoupling of notes. They are framing the destruction of the original creator's attribution as a feature for the rebloggers or the loss of community. Their goal hasn't changed. They just realized their current execution was a technical and social disaster.
They also mention working "directly with some of you." This often means selecting a small, curated group of "power users" who may not prioritize the accessibility or safety needs that we have been fighting for.
Viral Hell & The Power of the Call to Arms
To my friends and followers: my condolences for going viral are accepted. I love you. Let’s look at the numbers. My original post on this has cleared 24,000 notes. This is exactly why a Call to Arms was necessary. When we first saw the decoupling, we saw the immediate theft of credit.
In my case, over 10,000 notes were stolen or hidden by the uncoupling before I even realized the extent of the damage. This isn't just a UI preference. It is the systematic erasing of a creator’s reach and legacy.
Why we cannot stop now:
Staff’s reversal is a tactical retreat, not a surrender. Their language proves they still intend to push for a version of decoupling in the future. We forced their hand because:
The volume of feedback was undeniable. 24k notes on a single advocacy post is a massive indicator of user dissatisfaction.
Emails and Support Tickets work. They specifically cited emails as a reason for the reversal.
Public pressure creates friction. By making this a PR nightmare on Bluesky and X, we made the cost of the update too high for them to maintain.
The Mission Moving Forward:
We have won the first battle, but the Double Speak in their post tells us the war isn't over. They are going to try to rebrand a change like this in a few weeks or months.
Keep the pressure on: Continue to reblog your concerns when they surface.
Stay Vocal: They are betting on us getting tired and going back to business as usual. We need to show them that our safety and our creative credit are non-negotiable. Continue to voice concerns when they surface.
We’ve seen that we can move the needle. Let's make sure they don't try to move it back when they think we aren't looking.
Because Victory Road might spark interest in chairman Natsumi, I've decided to compile tidbits about 24-year-old Natsumi in the GO games that didn't appear in the anime!
For this post, I'll share screenshots as well as parts from the game script transcribed by InaLog!
Extra context: Natsumi's position was originally translated as "governor" in the UK English localization, but it's now translated as "chairperson" in Victory Road's localization.
GO 1 Shine/Light
This is the version of the game where Endou is married to Natsumi. Prior to the Endou house visit, Tenma finds Endou at the grocery store and there's a mini-game where Tenma helps Endou with the grocery list. If you get the grocery shopping wrong, Natsumi scolds Endou and tells him she's going to decrease his allowance. The dub version of the scene has Natsumi say "Did you read the shopping list upside-down?" instead of the allowance line.
GO 1 Dark/Shadow
In the version where Endou married Fuyuka, Natsumi shows up as a member of the Resistance at the Teikoku base in place of Sakuma. She wears a casual outfit that also appears in the anime when she joins the audience for the Holy Road final match.
GO 2 Chrono Stone
The chairman's office is largely the same as GO 1, which means the female secretary and the cat NPCs are still there. We can safely assume that Natsumi took over immediately after the chairman associated with Fifth Sector, Kinzan Gouzou, was ousted. The secretary who used to be curt to the player (Tenma) in GO 1 but is now friendlier and her dialogue is one of the first tells in the franchise that Natsumi is now the chairman. The secretary's changed behavior likely indicates that Natsumi is a kinder boss and provides a less toxic working environment.
The chairman's office also has a white cat which was previously seen with Kinzan Gouzou in GO 1. We can assume that the cat lives in the office (because we are not given any indication of the Endou household having a cat) and Natsumi is now its caretaker. The cat referring to the governor as "her" is the other tell in the game that the new chairman is Natsumi. Victory Road has Haru call his mom scary, but this point was also previously brought up by one of the cat's lines:
Governor's Cat: Mrowrrr... (The governor's really scary when she's angry. Beautiful but scary...)
Natsumi has a car in the Raimon parking lot, as pointed out by a student NPC:
Car-Loving Student: I've always been really into car design. Sometimes I get a bit carried away, just gawping at parked cars.
Car-Loving Student: My favourite is the governor's car. It's really sleek, and I bet it's super comfy inside!
I checked the parking lot in my copy of Chrono Stone, and this is the only unique car that is not a re-used asset within the parking lot so I believe it's hers: (Apologies for the colors looking a little weird in my photo.)
