Did anybody saw Tamaras actresses, Dylan Conrique, instagram? Is there chance we might see Tamara again?๐คฉ๐คฉ๐๐๐
How is that possible, that every final of season of The Rookie there's gotta be a cliffhanger?
I can't help but to think about this:
Since we know there's gonna be a time jump between The Rooki s8 and s9, 1 - 2 weeks, which is also how long Tim and Lucy has been kidnapped, what was happening to them during this time? A lot of people think they were tourtured, which is something that I don't want.
But Alexi also said that they definitelly won't be just waiting for a rescue and it's gonna be "super fun and romantic and emotional" and my brain was like: " What is super fun and romantic about a kidnapping?" Idk about you but I as not amused during The Rookie 2x11. About the emtional aprt, I have no doubt 'cause its Tim and Lucy and its the team so I'm really exited aout this part, its the fun and romantic part that confuses me. Plus he also said the stakes are real so I'm really curious how he can take that and makes it fun and romantic.
But, BUT it could be meant or the whole season not just the kidnapping part so les ee what happens.
I could make a very long post about how Alexi loves to make us THINK they're going to do one thing but it's ALWAYS different and nothing like they desribed.
Don't forget the season 1 finale when everyone though Tim was going to die or be killed off...they cleared that up in the opening scene, which is what I feel they will do for season 9.
I for one, would love the still holding them captive, separtely for weeks. Because Everett will know the only way to get Tim to do whatever he wants is to threaten Lucy. Tim, unlike Nolan, would kill for Lucy. I bring up Nolan because it still bothers me about his character that he wouldn't kill Rosalind for Bailey but he's okay with "having" to kill suspects if they force him too, kind made me not like his character after that. But had that been Tim and Lucy, Lucy in the tank, Tim sitting in front of Rosalind. He would have killed her before she finished her sentence when she said "if you kill me you save her." Tim wouldn't have hesitated and that's the scary part with him.
Question is, other than having charges dropped on him what does Everett want from Tim now?
You know thats actually a really good question.
Everett is probably used to the fact everyone is working for him and we already saw in The Rookie 8x08 money isn't always his tool. Think about the Pilot guy he threaten by capturing his family. He must know that Lucy is Tims whole world and if in season 1 was willng to go illiegal for Isabel, what would he do to save Lucy? I mentioned earlier how Tim went all hardcore in 2x11 when Lucy was burried alive.
But I also think about Lucy. She was kidnapped before, actually twice: once in 2x11 and than by Nyla in s3 where yeah she was just testing her but it felt real. I wonder how she will handle this. And this is not just her now this is also Tim. The man she saw him picking every piece of what he broke up to make things right, going through fire (metaphorically AND literally) and she is prob scared of loosing him again. Maaan this is giving me goosebumps.
To make point: Tim is willing to give anything to protect Lucy and Lucy knows that and she doesn't want that nor loose him. My guess is she will try to escape or something, she tried that with Caleb and I guarantee you it would work if he didn't set that wire she tripped over, and if they are truly seperated like Eric or Alexi said (idk which one), sje will be willing to find him and rescue him. But since they will be missing for 2 weeks (I still don't know why), there will be something more or something.
Time is truly my enemy. I'm truly curious about the trailer for s9

Eric, I know its just a tease and Alexi already said no one is dying but keep it cool yeah? How do you expect me to wait another what? 6 months?
Hold on, WE HAVE TO WAIT HALF OF THE YEAR UNTIL WE GET OUR SHOW BACK!!๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ
Time is killing meeee
The stakes are real?!
THE STAKES ARE REAL?!!
Why do you want to kill me from stress๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ
What do you mean there is gonna be a time jump between The Rookie s8 and s9?
I hate time jumps, too many things happen during those and no one knows how the heck did they happened.
And one more thing, what is the reason Tim and Lucy have been kidnapped and not killed for on the beach?
Let me guess, the reason is Everett. Uuuurgh, I know how much fans want him to glow as a new villan but Man! KEEP YOU HANDS OFF OF OUR PRESIOUS CHENFORD!!! THEY JUST GOT ENGAGED FOR PETE SAKE๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ๐๐๐ก๐ก

Hey, random thoughts, is it just me or in The Rookie 2x11 Jackson was scared of Tim while he was trying to fnd Lucy even more than he was doing Tim Tests with him?

I know prob not everyone here will agree with me, maybe even fight with me so I'm really sorry, I don't mean to ofend anyone.
Ever since I saw like Talia Bishop told Lucy she knows about her and Nolan (I wish I could forgot about that one) and everything else in s1 plus other thing that happened there I didn't like her much. It wasn't like the dislike I had on Tim when I first saw him.
When I saw Tim for the first time I thought he was nothing but jackass with his own problems and doesn't even wanna solve them, lije Isabel. But after some time I grew to kinda like him and I learned why he aas like he was and that feeling about him grew bigger amd bigger every ep of the show. And I think I'm not the only one who thinks that, but most of that is thanks to Lucy who basically had some positive influence kn him from the start.
Unfortunatally it wasn't like that with Bishop. From what I saw she was always mean, didn't like anyone and I tried to like her and find something positive but I just couldn't.
Plus I have a really strong feelng she went to Lucy about Nolan because she was in similar situation once too? Idk but it felt like the kind of vibe like you don't like someone because that person is lika what you hate about yourself, and I don't even know if it makes sence, I hope it does.
BUT i gurantee to you if she saw Lucy today as a sergeant, pro UC and engaged to Tim her mind would just go out.
Again, I'm sorry, this doesn't mean to ofened anyone

I cannot believe Eric Winter is officially 50๐ฒ. Either way Happy Birthday๐ฅณ๐๐๐
One more thing I can't stop thinking about? Miles future in LAPD.
Now we know that in The Rookie 8x07 our Texas boy screwed his path up by going after the suspect by himself with civilian a.k.a. Seth involved. He should've been fired acording to Tims reaction to all that crap so he's lucky he even kept his job.
And from what we've already seen his situation is prob similar with the one Nolan used to have after s3 and the whole Nick Amrstrong fiasco, but this is maybe worse? Idk, but right now it looks like he's stuck like a P2 and P2 only for a REEEEEEEAAAALLY long time.
BUT lets not forget Miles Penn has been around only 2 season of the show and I think we have still so much to learn about him and lets hope creators will do way more job than in s8 and they will write his story more properly.
