Elfin Dreams

i started writing a thing but now I’m suddenly hung up on a very crucial line of questioning which is: if you lived in an apartment for a while and then you moved out and sublet it to a vampire, would letting the vampire sign the lease be sufficient permission for them to go in or would you have to like, physically go inside the apartment and do the whole “yes, you’re allowed in” routine face-to-face to let them enter? And after the vampire has moved in, whose home would it be, as far as vampire magic is concerned? The landlord’s, since it’s their legal property, or yours, since you lived there before the vampire and had to give permission in one form or another, or the vampire’s, since they actually live there and consider it their current home? What if all three of you were vampires and you all tried to withdraw permission for each other to be there at the same time, whose magical eviction would trump whose? Or would you all just get expelled from the place at the same time and then none of you could go in there anymore?

I’ve been dipping my toes into larp which is very great but also like. Especially with oneshots, what are you supposed to do when you’re still attached to a character but the story has ended and the made-up world they inhabited and the other characters who they’d interacted with no longer exist, so they’ve just Ceased To Be, where are those feelins supposed to gooooo

was anybody going to tell me that the human pet guy has been spending his days on the Saw subreddit posting about how Jigsaw was right or was I just supposed to find that out myself

just got back from an RPG/LARP weekend earlier today which was very fun but I just played so many games back-to-back that my brain is rotating inside my skull like a washing machine lmfao

I made this one OC on 10/10/2010 (I specifically remember that date bc of a text I got on that day) and now he’s one year shy of having existed for as long as I was alive when I made him up. I have absolutely no idea what to do with this realization.
