yacoup @yacoupalnahal has been vetted by palestinians in gaza, but there is no record on here so i wanted to make a post explaining it.

simran is the campaign runner of dina's campaign which has been vetted (see line 245 on spreadsheet). he reached out to her through social media for help finding someone who could receive and send the money from his fundraiser, since the original person in that role was unable to do it. (this is not infrequent happening due to banks interference, and how i met simran in first place was trying to find someone who could receive and send the money from dina's campaign since her bank wasn't allowing her to accept the funds.) simran asked me if i knew anyone who could do this and i asked my friend caro, who has been able to pull off the role successfully!

"Yes, I just explained the process to Cosmo. I have few trusted friends in Gaza, who can help me figure out if a person sounds legit or not. I normally ask a person about their family, the area they live in, and ask for an identity card or something. Then I verify it by showing them to my friends, and check if the area they describe is actually populated or not. This is the only system I have for now."
