She can't walk properly, which is very distressing because they keep receiving evacuation orders (not to mention that the places they're supposed to evacuate to aren't even safe). The utter lack of sanitation has caused them to get hepatitis and diarrhea, and they're direly lacking in supplies right now because the inflation in Gaza is so bad. Important additions from my mutuals. I kinda want to talk about the mom thing tho. Having a mom does not necessarily a late teens runaway make, or rule out my pickpocket street urchin hypothesis. I know generally street urchins don't have parents but if you've got a single mom that's working all the time and isn't actually pulling in that much money you might not have that much supervision and decide to make your life a little easier by getting sticky fingered with it. Mom's not getting paid till the end of the month and you're already trying to make the last dubloons streatch and she asked you not to do anything dangerous but you're also aware of the financial situation and that guy in the fancy suit is just walking down the street with his pockets hanging open isn't he. Wonder how much bread you could trade that watch in for. Like he might have been a runaway all things are possible.
