At the same time, a greater demon, Azazel, has somehow broken free of his imprisonment in Duduael, a dimension of Hell. Alec and Magnus found evidence of Azazel at Izzy's last-known location. Putting two and two together, they assume Azazel has captured Izzy, for what exactly, they don't know. In a desperate, last-ditch effort to find her, they decide to enact a plan suggested to them by Valentine (of all people) and summon Azazel to make him an offer they hope he can't refuse. Sounds like a solid plan, right? Right???

Whew! That's a wrap on @whumptober 2022! I wasn't sure if I was going to participate this year and then inspiration struck like lightning and that was that. Boy, I'm glad it did because I'm really proud of this story. One full story with a chapter for every day featuring that day's prompt(s).
